I liked the book.   It is a quick and easy to understand read that one can go over quickly to refresh pointers. I like that you mention and explain what options one can offer the home owner on foreclosure situations short and simple. This answers a lot of my initial questions. It's a compacted guide that skips the stories and goes straight to what one could encounter in a systematic order.

Also I highly recommend to anyone who is serious about being succesful as a real estate investor whether full or part time they join REI Wealth Maker.  I am already making money and I would not have done it so quickly without your guidance.
